Confidentiality and consent
Information should be handled confidentially, with consent-led communication and clear limits where risk, safeguarding, or legal duties apply.
Records and review
Session records, attendance, cancellations, goals, reviews, complaints, and safeguarding actions should be kept clearly and proportionately.
